Reservation Deposit: $200 per ATV
- Applied directly toward your total rental fee
- Confirms your weekend booking and holds your Polaris 570 ATV
Damage Deposit: $200 per ATV (fully refundable)
- Returned after equipment inspection at rental conclusion
- Deductions apply only for damages, violations, or retrieval fees
Total Deposit Due at Booking: $400 per ATV
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit or debit cards only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
Card Authorization Agreement: By providing payment information, you authorize Righteous Rides, LLC to charge your card on file for:
- Confirmed rental deposits
- ATV damages or equipment loss
- Safety violation penalties ($75 retrieval fee, etc.)
- Outstanding fees per rental agreement terms
All rentals are subject to a 9% tax and administrative fee. This charge encompasses applicable sales taxes, local use taxes, and administrative expenses related to maintaining licensing, compliance, and transaction processing across Florida and Alabama.

Once your deposit payment is processed, you’ll automatically receive:
1. Waiver of Liability Standard release protecting Righteous Rides from liability during your ATV rental experience.
2. ATV Rental Contract Official rental agreement detailing terms, conditions, responsibilities, and rental duration.
3. Rules & Regulations Acknowledgment Confirmation you understand and agree to follow all safety guidelines, trail rules, and operating procedures.
Electronic Signature System: All documents delivered via ApproveMe digital signature platform to your provided email address. Both parties receive signed copies automatically upon completion.
⚠️ Waivers must be completed before your scheduled rental date. Unsigned waivers will delay or prevent your ATV rental.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
ATV Rental Cancellation Terms
Deposit Refunds:
- 24+ Hours Advance Notice: Full refund of reservation deposit ($200)
- Less Than 24 Hours Notice: No refund—deposit forfeited
- Weather Cancellations: If Righteous Rides cancels entire day due to unsafe conditions, full deposit refunded or rescheduled
Damage Deposits: Always refunded in full unless damages, violations, or fees apply
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled rental without 24-hour cancellation notice results in forfeiture of all deposits.
Once Your Rental Begins: All sales are final. No refunds for early returns, dissatisfaction, or partial-day rentals.
