Do I need ATV riding experience? No prior experience necessary. Our comprehensive 5-minute safety briefing teaches everything you need to safely operate your ATV.

Can children participate in ATV rentals? Children ages 6 and older can ride as passengers with a parent or guardian. Riders must be 19+ to operate ATVs.

What gear do I need to bring? Nothing—helmets, protective eyewear, gloves, fuel, and safety training are included. We recommend bringing water, snacks, and extra clothes.

What happens if it rains? If severe weather cancels the entire rental day, we’ll reschedule or refund your deposit. Light rain doesn’t stop the adventure—the trails remain rideable.

What’s your refund policy? Rentals are final once begun. Deposits refunded only for cancellations 24+ hours in advance or full-day weather cancellations.

What about personal belongings? Righteous Rides isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Secure valuables before riding.
